Manufacturing scheduling software costs from about 150 USD a month for a small plant to six figures for an enterprise system. There are three pricing models. Per user, as MRPeasy does at 49 to 149 USD per user a month and Cetec ERP at 50 USD. Per site, as we do at 149 or 429 USD per plant a month, or 1,290 USD for up to five plants, with unlimited users. Per license or module, as enterprise planning systems do, where ITQlick estimates Siemens Opcenter APS from 20,000 USD plus implementation. Few vendors charge per work center. Ours sets a work center limit per plan instead.
- How much does production scheduling software cost for a manufacturer with multiple plants?

For a manufacturer with several plants, production scheduling software usually costs from about 1,300 USD a month on a per site plan to well over 100,000 USD a year on a per user enterprise system. Here, Group covers up to five plants for 1,290 USD a month and Enterprise up to 15 plants for 2,490 USD a month, with unlimited users. A group with 1,000 or more employees pays the same, because headcount does not change the price. A per user tool at 100 USD a seat for 200 planners and supervisors is 240,000 USD a year.
- What counts as a plant?

A plant is one site with its own shop floor and its own set of work centers. Two buildings on one site that share a planner and a schedule count as one plant. Two sites in different towns count as two.
- Is there a free version?

There is no free plan. The production scheduling demo on the home page runs the real engine on a week of orders, free and without an account, so you can see the result before you pay.
- Can I switch between plans?

Yes. Move up or down at any time. Moving up takes effect straight away and the difference is prorated. Moving down takes effect at the next renewal.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?

The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Before that date you can export everything as spreadsheets. After it, the plant closes and its data is kept, so starting a plan again opens the same schedule. An admin can export the data or delete it for good from the plant page at any time, also after the plan has ended.
- Can we pay by invoice?

Every plan is paid by card, monthly or yearly. There is no paying later against an invoice and no purchase order route. A receipt and an invoice for every payment are in the billing portal of your plant.
- Are there setup or onboarding fees?

No. The price on this page is the whole price, on every plan. The setup is your own data in plain columns, imported from a spreadsheet, and support answers by email.
