How your data is protected
- Encryption in transit with TLS on every connection
- Daily backups, kept in a separate location
- Each plant's data kept separate from every other customer's data

- Every user signs in to a personal account, never a shared one
- Roles and permissions per plant and per team (Group plan and above)

- Operators see their work center queue, not the whole order book

Single sign on and user provisioning
- Single sign on with your company identity provider over OpenID Connect (Group and Enterprise)
- The domain is proven with a DNS record before single sign on is switched on
- Leavers removed from your identity provider lose access within 10 minutes

Your data stays yours
- You own the orders, routings, work centers and schedules you put in
- Export everything as spreadsheets at any time, on every plan
- Delete your plant's data from the plant page at any time, also after the plan has ended
- We never sell your data or use it to advertise to anyone
